There have been numerous incidents of property damage to car windows and houses caused by BB guns. This has occurred mostly in Council Districts 1 & 2 (see map below). Beginning in December 2012, the Missouri Department of Revenue introduced the latest improvements to driver licenses and non-driver identification cards.  These changes protect your identity and help decrease fraud.  The new system means the end of the over-the-counter driver license system that has been in place since the 1990’s, and allows the Department to install substantially more modern technology.  For additional information, click on the image above to download a .pdf brochure (free Adobe Reader software required to view).
