The FBI’s UCR Program collects statistics on the number of offenses known to law enforcement. In the traditional Summary Reporting System (SRS), there are eight crimes, or Part I offenses, (murder and nonnegligent homicide, rape, robbery, aggravated assault, burglary, motor vehicle theft, larceny-theft, and arson) to be reported to the UCR Program. For more information, visit the FBI’s UCR website. The Richmond Heights Police Department responded to 61 traffic accidents in the month of February 2020. This is down from the 67 accidents that were handled in February 2019. For the year, we have responded to 121 accidents. This is 13 less than the same time period in 2019.
