For more information, visit the FBI’s UCR website. The Richmond Heights Police Department responded to 44 traffic accidents in the month of August 2020. This is down from the 78 accidents that were handled in August 2019*. For the year, we have responded to 321 accidents. This is 213 less than the same time period in 2019*. *This decrease can be attributed, in part, to the significant drop in vehicle traffic due to the COVID-19 pandemic.
