On 12/1/2018, the individual pictured in this video entered an unlocked vehicle and stole an Apple iPad Pro. Video was captured by victim’s dash cam. If anyone recognizes this individual, please contact the Richmond Heights Police Department’s Detective Bureau at 314-655-3610. The Richmond Heights Police Department responded to 52 traffic accidents in the month of October, 2018. This is down from the 63 accidents that were handled in October, 2017.
