June 2022 Crash Statistics

The Richmond Heights Police Department responded to 68 traffic crashes in the month of June 2022.  This is up from the 54 crashes that were handled in June 2021.  For the year, there have been 389 reported traffic crashes, 79 more than the same time period in 2021.

Larceny A resident reported that her wallet had been stolen from her purse while she was shopping at Schnucks. One of her credit cards was later used to make a large purchase at Sam’s Club. Investigation is continuing.

May 2022 Crash Statistics

The Richmond Heights Police Department responded to 79 traffic crashes in the month of May 2022.  This is up from the 58 crashes that were handled in May 2021.  For the year, there have been 321 reported traffic crashes, 65 more than the same time period in 2021.

Fraud The victim reported that his credit card, which was stolen from another jurisdiction, had been fraudulently used at The Apple Store to purchase over $5,000.00 worth of merchandise. Investigation is continuing.
