The Richmond Heights Police Department responded to 53 traffic accidents in the month of July 2021. This is up from the 30 accidents that were handled in July of last year. For the year, we have documented 363 accidents. This is 86 more than the same time period last year.

The Richmond Heights Police Department responded to 54 traffic accidents in the month of June 2021. This is up from the 45 accidents that were handled in June of last year. For the year, we have documented 310 accidents. This is 63 more than the same time period last year.
On the night of 07/09/2021 over a dozen vehicles were broken into at local parking lots. At least one firearm was reported stolen and the four suspects involved fled the area at a high rate of speed when officers attempted to pull them over. They were last seen occupying a gray or silver Honda Accord traveling east on Interstate 64. The pictured individual is a subject of interest in these incidents. Anyone with information regarding the identity of this individual or has any information regarding these incidents is asked to contact the Richmond Heights Detective Bureau at (314) 655-3610.
