Sexual Misconduct | The victim reported that a subject approached her vehicle and exposed his genitals to her. The subject then attempted to open her car door which was locked. Officers responded to the area and arrested the subject. Investigation revealed that the subject is a registered sex offender in the State of Texas. The incident was presented to the St. Louis County Prosecutor and the subject was ordered to be held on a $10,000 cash only bond. |
