Macy’s

Stealing Security detained an adult male and an adult female for stealing $177.75 in merchandise.  The suspects were arrested and held on a muni warrant application.

11/01/14 1445 St. Louis Galleria

St. Louis Bread Co.

Stealing Victim reported that person(s) unknown stole her wallet from her purse and later discovered that her credit card was used at the Brentwood Target.
11/01/14 South Outer Rd. at I-64 Tampering An officer responded for the report of a motorist assist.  When he arrived three of the five occupants of the damaged vehicle ran from the scene.  The two remaining occupants were detained and the vehicle was determined to have been stolen. One of the three occupants who ran was located by Brentwood PD officers. The three detained occupants were determined to be juveniles. The juveniles were arrested and remanded to the county’s juvenile detention center.
11/02/14 I-64 ramp at Hanley DWI An officer responded for a motorist stopped in traffic and slumped over the steering wheel. Investigation found the driver to be intoxicated. The suspect was arrested and later released on summonses.

Galleria food court

Disturbance Officers responded to the food court for the report of a subject yelling profanities and causing a disturbance. While escorting the subject out of the mall the subject removed his jacket, presented a fighting stance and made verbal threats to do harm to the officers on scene. The subject was arrested and while doing so resisted efforts to be handcuffed which were unsuccessful. The suspect was held on a muni warrant application.
11/04/14 1155 St. Louis Galleria Stealing Victim reported that she lost her wallet after last using it at the Disney store.  Attempts to locate it met with negative results.
11/05/14 Brentwood at I-64 DWI While investigating a traffic accident, the officer’s investigation determined that one of the drivers involved was intoxicated. The driver was arrested and held on a muni warrant application.

Stealing Security reported that two adult females stole $1843.50 in merchandise and made good their escape in a waiting vehicle. ***UPDATE*** The suspects in this case were identified and arrested on 11/12/2014.  A state warrant application will follow.

Larceny from an Auto Victim reported that person(s) unknown broke into her vehicle and stole clothing items, a cell phone and CD’s.
11/08/14 1400 (blk) Bredell DWI An officer observed a vehicle commit several traffic violations and upon trying to stop the vehicle, the vehicle sped away.  Ultimately stopping, the driver of the vehicle exited the car and tried to flee but was apprehended. Further investigation found the driver to be intoxicated.  The driver was arrested and held on a muni warrant application.

Dillard’s

Trespassers Security detained but refused to prosecute two juveniles for shoplifting. Upon ordering the juveniles from the store, they refused to leave and caused a disturbance. Officers arrived and ordered the juveniles to leave but they again refused and continued to curse and berate the officers. The juveniles were arrested and transported to the county’s juvenile detention center.
11/09/14 6600 Clayton

Schnucks

Stealing Store manager reported that an adult female stole several Cardinals’ jackets from the store and fled on foot towards St. Mary’s Hospital.  The suspect was caught by responding officers, arrested and held on a muni warrant application.

Stealing Store employee reported that two display phones were stolen sometime during the past two days.

Stealing Security detained one adult female and one juvenile for stealing $19.75 in merchandise. Both suspects were arrested. The adult was later released on a summons and the juvenile later released to a parent.

St. Mary’s

Assault Security was attempting to detain an adult male patient after assaulting a security guard, causing a disturbance and threatening ER staff. Responding police officers were able to arrest the suspect without further incident.  The suspect was held pending a muni warrant application.

11/11/14 1155 St. Louis Galleria Stealing Officers were responding to the Galleria for the report of afterhours trespassers when they were informed those trespassers had just stolen several display phones from the T-Mobil kiosk. Three suspects were arrested, one juvenile and two adult males.  The juvenile was later released to a parent while the two adults were held for muni warrant application regarding the trespassing. State warrant application for the charge of stealing will follow.

11/14/14 1300 (blk) Claytonia Stolen Auto Victim reported that he left his vehicle running in his driveway unattended and when he returned it was gone. The vehicle was recovered a block away as a security feature caused the vehicle to stall.

Forgery Victim stated that she lost her debit card over a week ago. She just discovered that person(s) unknown used her debit card information to make a fraudulent purchase at Nordstrom.
11/14/14 1200 (blk) Arch Larceny from an Auto Victim stated that over the past two days person(s) unknown broke into his vehicle and stole his golf clubs.
11/15/14 I-64 at Big Bend Drug Violation Investigation into a traffic arrest found that the driver was illegally in possession of prescription drugs. The suspect was arrested and later released on a state warrant application.

Bank Robbery An adult male approached the teller counter at the US Bank inside the Schnucks store and demanded money. He made good his escape by fleeing in a dark colored older model SUV.
11/19/14 1155 St. Louis Galleria Disorderly Conduct An adult female and two adult males got into a verbal argument on two separate occasions at the Galleria.  The female accused the two males of racially charged comments while the two males accused the female disparaging comments regarding sexual orientation. Both parties were released from the scene with an at-large muni warrant application submitted.

Stealing The attendant reported a gas drive off. The license plate of the suspect vehicle returned to a vehicle used in two burglaries in Shrewsbury and St. John.

11/21/14 Clayton at Big Bend DWI Officers responded for the report of a driver slumped over at the wheel of his car. Investigation found the driver to be intoxicated. The driver was arrested and later released on summonses.

11/21/14 I-64 at McKnight DWI While investigating a traffic accident, one of the drivers was found to be intoxicated. The suspect was arrested and later released on a summons.

Domestic Assault Victim reported that she and her boyfriend were arguing and it culminated with the boyfriend choking the victim. The suspect fled the scene prior to police arrival but was located during an area search. The suspect was arrested and held on a muni warrant application.

11/22/14 1000 (blk) Commodore Domestic Assault Victim reported that during an argument with his girlfriend, she jumped on his back and grabbed his face causing two minor cuts. The suspect was arrested and held on a muni warrant application.
11/24/14 1155 St. Louis Galleria Disorderly Conduct Security detained two adult females for fighting in the food court. Both suspects were arrested and held on muni warrant applications.
11/25/14 1530 Hanley

QuikTrip

Rioting Dozens of subjects with multiple vehicles engaged in a riot at QuikTrip by driving dangerously in circles around the gas pumps, and demonstrating and shouting both on the lot and inside the store. Seven subjects were arrested for various charges including felonies.  All were held on warrant applications.

Assault on Police Upon arriving at QuikTrip for the aforementioned riot, one of the suspect vehicles intentionally struck a police vehicle and fled the scene failing to yield to pursuing police cars. The vehicle was ultimately stopped with three suspects arrested and held on state warrant applications.

Stealing Store employee reported that an adult male pumped $46.16 worth of fuel into a red minivan and left the scene without making payment.
