RHPD Partners with DocView for Accident Report Dissemination

The Richmond Heights Police Department is introducing a new online service for retrieval of traffic crash reports. We have partnered with Docview LLC to reduce the time spent processing requests for crash reports each day. Insurance companies and law firms representing citizens involved in accidents can now purchase the crash reports online for the people they represent. Doing so will help them get the report much faster and will save the police department time and money.

It is our desire to provide a level of expediency to anyone wishing to view and print police reports in the convenience of their home or business. The Richmond Heights Police Records Division files nearly 800 traffic crash reports yearly.

DocView charges a small convenience fee for this service, which is added to the normal cost of the crash report. Citizens who do not wish to pay the convenience fee can still come to the police station and pay the normal report fee if they wish.
