Stealing Subject arrested for stealing food from Schnucks. Subject had been in custody earlier with RHPD for assault on a law enforcement officer, was released and went to Schnucks and arrested again for stealing food and Peace Disturbance.

August 2023 Accident Statistics

The Richmond Heights Police Department responded to 69 traffic accidents in August 2023.  This is eight less than the 77 accidents handled in August 2022.  There have been 505 reported traffic crashes for the year, thirteen less than in the same period in 2022.

National Night Out

2023 National Night Out

The Richmond Heights Night Out is on Tuesday, October 3rd, 2023. Block off your street to traffic and have a good old-fashioned neighborhood party. This is an excellent opportunity for neighbors to meet and get reacquainted!

The City of Richmond Heights will provide hot dogs, buns, water, and ice. The Richmond Heights Police, Fire, and City Officials will try to attend as many block parties as possible.

July 2023 Accident Statistics

The Richmond Heights Police Department responded to 61 traffic accidents in July 2023.  This is nine more than the 52 accidents handled in July 2022.  There have been 436 reported traffic crashes for the year, five less than in the same period in 2022.
