9/1/11 6420 Clayton RdHospital Parking Garage Driving While Intoxicated  The investigation of a one-car accident in a parking garage resulted in the arrest of the 38 year old male driver for DWI. He was later released with court summonses.

9/2/11 1105 St. Louis GalleriaDillard’s Department Store Stealing  A 38 year old male was arrested for shoplifting. He was held pending a case review by the municipal prosecutor.
9/2/11 1114 S. Brentwood BlvdEJ’s Shoes Stealing  Two females stole several pair of shoes and left the store. One has since been identified and is currently being sought.
9/2/11 1550 St. Louis GalleriaMacy’s Department Store Stealing  An 18 year old male was arrested for shoplifting. He was held pending a case review by the municipal prosecutor.
9/3/11 1275 BolandSchool Parking Lot Property damage & Stealing  Someone broke a window on the victim’s 2009 Honda Element and stole her purse. Investigation continues.
9/3/11 7365 Dale AveApartment Parking Lot Property Damage & Stealing  Someone damaged the door lock of the victim’s 2012 Mazda 5 and stole an Apple iPad from within. Investigation continues.
9/4/11 1093 St. Louis GalleriaBaker’s Shoes Trespassing  An unsatisfied customer, a 19 year old female, refused to leave the store when told to do so by management. Security was called and also told her to leave. When she failed to comply she was arrested. She was later released with a court summons.
9/4/11 7700 Blk St. AlbansPrivate Residence Property Damage & Disorderly Conduct  The victim’s estranged husband followed her to the home of a friend. Following an argument, the estranged husband broke the windshield of the victim’s car and left the area. Investigation continues.
9/5/11 1550 St. Louis GalleriaMacy’s Department Store Stealing  A 13 year old male and a 15 year old male were arrested for shoplifting and later released to their mothers.
9/6/11 9000 Blk McKnight WoodsPrivate Residence Burglary  Officers responded to the residence for a burglar alarm sounding. The suspect, a 40 year old male, was seen inside the house. The suspect refused to come outside and eventually stopped all communication with police. The St. Louis County Tactical Unit was notified. After attempts to contact the suspect failed, they entered the house and arrested the suspect. He is currently being held on a $10,000 bond.
9/6/11 6600 Clayton RdSchnucks’ Pharmacy Fraud  A 41 year old male was arrested after trying to fraudulently obtain prescription narcotics. Investigation continues.
9/7/11 1100 Blk E. LindenPublic Street Leave the Scene of an Accident  A stop sign was stuck and knocked down. A license plate from the suspect vehicle was left at the scene. Investigation led officers to a 77 year old male who admitted to accidently hitting the sign.
9/7/11 1491 St. Louis GalleriaUrban Outfitters Stealing  An 18 year old female was arrested for shoplifting and later released with a court summons.

Macy’s Department Store
Stealing  Three females, two being 17 years old and one being 19 years old, were arrested after stealing over $1300 in merchandise. Each was later released pending court proceedings.
9/9/11 Hampton Park Subd.Private Residence Burglary  A home in the Hampton Park Subdivision was burglarized during the evening hours. The residents were not home at the time and the investigation continues.
9/9/11 #2 The BoulevardMaggiano’s Restaurant Stealing  The victim reports that he left an envelope, containing money and identification, on the table when he left. He returned a short time later and the envelope was gone. Investigation continues.
9/10/11 7000 Blk MitchellPublic Street Stolen Auto  A 1989 Chevy Van was stolen from where it was parked on the street.
9/10/11 2466 St. Louis GalleriaH & M Store Stealing & Resisting Arrest  After stealing clothing from the store, the suspect led police on a foot pursuit through neighboring subdivisions. The suspect escaped capture and the investigation continues.
9/10/11 1100 Blk RalphPrivate Driveway Stealing  The victim reports that someone stole a flashlight and a handgun from his car overnight. Investigation continues.
9/10/11 1155 St. Louis GalleriaShopping Mall Disorderly Conduct & Assault  Security Officers were enforcing the mall’s Parental Guidance Policy when they asked a female patron for her identification. She said she had no ID and was asked to leave the mall. She became verbally abusive with the officers and was arrested for Disorderly Conduct. Upon being arrested she assaulted one of the officers and was additionally charged.
9/10/11 2122 St. Louis GalleriaBuckle Shop Stealing  A 52 year old female was arrested for shoplifting. The case will be forwarded to the state prosecutor’s office for review.
9/12/11 1400 Blk Big BendPublic Street Tampering & Driving With a Suspended Driver’s License  Police conducted a traffic stop and found that the vehicle was a rental car that was past due. Investigation resulted in the arrest of the 21 year old female driver, and her 37 year old female passenger, for Tampering (being in a stolen car). The driver was additionally charged when it was found that her driver’s license had been suspended. Both were held pending a case review by the municipal prosecutor.
9/12/11 7447 Dale AveMunicipal Jail Accidental Injury  A 29 year old female prisoner, being held for another agency, said she fell from the top bunk in the cell. She complained of back pain and was taken to an area hospital for treatment.
9/12/11 7500 Blk WarnerPrivate Residence Burglary  An unknown person burglarized the home, overnight, while the residents were sleeping. Investigation continues.
9/15/11 1000 Blk Brentwood BlvdPublic Street Possession of Marijuana  An 18 year old male was stopped for “J” walking, which impeded the flow of traffic on Brentwood Blvd. This stop resulted in his arrest when he was found to have marijuana in his possession. He was held pending a case review by the municipal prosecutor.
9/15/11 1550 St. Louis GalleriaMacy’s Department Store Stealing  A 44 year old female employee was arrested for shoplifting. She was released pending a case review by state prosecutors.
9/16/11 1200 Blk Brentwood BlvdPublic Street Leaving the Scene of an Accident & Driving with a Suspended Driver’s License  A 25 year old female was arrested after she was involved in an accident and tried to leave the area. Her driver’s license was found to be suspended and she was additionally charged. She was held pending a case review by the municipal prosecutor.
9/16/11 6600 Clayton RdSchnucks’ Grocery Stealing & Poss. Of Narcotics  A 23 year old male was arrested for shoplifting. Upon arrest narcotics were found in his pocket and he was additionally charged. The case will be forwarded to state prosecutors for review.
9/17/11 30 St. Louis GalleriaGalleria Cinema Stealing  A 23 year old male employee was arrested after it was discovered that he was stealing money from the theater. He was later released with a court summons.
9/19/11 8001 Dale AveThe Heights Community Center Stealing  The victim reports that his cell phone was stolen from his gym bag while in the gymnasium. Investigation continues.
9/20/11 1115 St. Louis GalleriaT-Mobile Kiosk Stealing  Two computer tablets were stolen from the kiosk overnight.

9/21/11 1000 Blk S. Big BendPublic Street Traffic Offense  A traffic stop resulted in the arrest of a 54 year old male when it was found that his driver’s license was suspended.
9/23/11 1026 S. BrentwoodCasual Male XL Store Burglary  At about 1:00am suspects broke out the glass of the front door and stolen several clothing items from within the store. Investigation continues.
9/23/11 1550 St. Louis GalleriaMacy’s Department Store Stealing  A 16 year old male was arrested for shoplifting. When his parents could not be located he was turned over to juvenile authorities.
9/24/11 8011 Galleria PkwyResidence Inn Stealing & Property Damage  The victim reports that someone broke into his 2003 Ford pickup and stole the seats and stereo system. Investigation continues.
9/24/11 1550 St. Louis GalleriaMacy’s Department Store Stealing  A 15 year old female was arrested for shoplifting. When his parents could not be located he was turned over to juvenile authorities.
9/25/11 6600 Clayton RdU.S. Bank Fraud  A 43 year old male was arrested as he attempted to open an account using a fraudulent check to fund the account. He was later released pending a case review by state prosecutors.
9/26/11 1105 St. Louis GalleriaDillard’s Department Store Stealing  A 46 year old female was arrested for shoplifting. She was later released pending a case review by state prosecutors.
9/26/11 7910 Clayton RdCommerce Bank Stealing  Bank management reported that a male subject stole $1000 during a transaction at the teller counter. Investigation continues.
9/27/11 7500 Blk CouncilPublic Street Property Damage  A branch from a city-owned tree fell on a vehicle that was parked on the street.
9/28/11 1550 St. Louis GalleriaMacy’s Department Store Fraud  The victim reports that a female fraudulently used her credit cards at Macy’s to purchase over $4200 in merchandise. Investigation continues.
9/29/11 2134 St. Louis GalleriaSolstice Sunglasses Stealing  Two females and a male stole four pair of sunglasses, valued at $800. Investigation continues.
9/29/11 Hwy I-64 @ Hwy I-170Public Highway Possession of Marijuana  The traffic stop resulted in the arrest of a 19 year old male passenger when marijuana was found in his possession. He was held on a municipal court bond.
9/30/11 1550 St. Louis GalleriaMacy’s Department Store Stealing  Three 14 year old males were arrested for shoplifting and later turned over to juvenile authorities.
9/30/11 1000 Blk E. LindenPrivate Residence Interfering with Police  Two 27 year old males and a 23 year old female were arrested when they interfered with officers investigating a peace disturbance caused by a large party. All were held pending a case review by the municipal prosecutor.
