As a convenience to our residents, we have added the following online forms to our website:
- New Resident/Business Form
- Information provided will be entered into East Central Dispatch Center’s (ECDC) Computer Aided Dispatch system (CAD). If the police or fire department are needed at your residence or business, the dispatcher will have quick access to your contact information.
- Vacation Form
- Use this form to let us know if your house will be vacant. We will periodically monitor it.
- Streetlight Outage Form
- Notice an issue with a public area streetlight? Let us know so that we may address the problem.
